Benny the Dog needs a home

Benny is a 1 year old, male Dachshund mix.  He was an owner surrender, due to owner having too many animals.  Benny seems very friendly, and is good with other dogs.  He is active and playful and likes children and adults.  He also likes to be in your lap.  Benny may need instruction in house training.
